These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Twelve Trading platform, including our website, Bridge desktop application, Trader Copier Expert Advisor, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws
• Have a valid trading account with a supported broker that offers MetaTrader 5

3. Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password and API keys secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Service Description

Twelve Trading provides a platform that enables you to:

• Receive trading signals from selected strategies in real-time
• Automatically execute trades in your MetaTrader 5 account via our Bridge application and Expert Advisor
• Monitor your connected traders and trading activity through our dashboard
• Manage multiple trading accounts and team members

We do not provide financial advice, portfolio management, or investment recommendations. Our Services are tools for signal delivery and trade execution only.

5. Fees and Payment

Use of our Services may require payment of fees:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance based on your selected plan
• Per-trader fees may apply based on the number of active MetaTrader connections
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days advance notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
• Share, resell, or redistribute our Services without authorization
• Use our Services in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through our Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials available through our Services are owned by Twelve Trading or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY TRADING SIGNALS OR THE RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN FROM USING OUR SERVICES.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TWELVE TRADING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES. THIS INCLUDES ANY TRADING LOSSES, MISSED SIGNALS, EXECUTION ERRORS, OR TECHNICAL FAILURES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twelve Trading, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your right to use our Services will immediately cease
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

14. Severability
