Terms and conditions for using Twelve Trading services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Twelve Trading services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Twelve Trading provides a platform for receiving and executing trading signals in MetaTrader 5. We do not provide financial advice, and trading signals should not be considered as such.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading foreign exchange carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before using our services.

4. Fees and Payment

The service fee is $20 per live trader connection per month. Fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your API keys or account access with third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Twelve Trading is not liable for any trading losses, missed signals, or technical issues that may occur. We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind.
